The science of health is ever evolving and we must evolve with it if we are to make informed decisions where our health is concerned. In this information age we have access to more than enough resources that will allow us to make choices, better choices, especially with respect to our health and wellness. This episode was inspired by a podcast by Dr. Mark Hyman(https://drhyman.com/) as he interviewed Dr. Aseem Malhotra(doctoraseem.com/biography/), a cardiologist, about emerging causes of heart disease that contradict long held beliefs.
